Handover of duty, Suu Kyi will meet with Sein

Aung San Suu Kyi, whose party won a landslide victory in last month's elections in Burma, has decided to meet with President Thein Sein to discuss the handover of power.

Also it will meet with the Commander of the General Min Aung Hlaing, who together with Sein has promised to help the change of power become democratically.

Details of the talks are not expected to be made public until a consensus between the parties.

However, Suu Kyi has no right to become president, but said it would be the person who will propose for this position. Kyi has no right to be the first of Burma because her two children have foreign citizenship, as well as her husband is British.

In 2011 a government led by Thein Sein and supported by the military came to power, and this year was held for the first time in 25 years, free elections.
