Chad, three suicide bombings; 27 dead, 90 injured

Three consecutive explosions in a market Chadi, exactly on the island of Lake Chad, have left at least 27 people dead and over 90 injured.
The news comes from a police officer, Paul Manka, who also added that there were three suicide bombers who launched attacks during this Saturday at Koulfoua island.
Cossingar Banyaman General, who is also Director General of the Gendarmerie of Chad, confirmed the attacks, saying that after their finger have suspected Islamist extremist group Boko Haram, which is known mainly for its expansion in Nigeria.
The region around Lake Chad, which shares borders with Chad, Cameroon, Niger and Nigeria, was constantly the target of attacks by extremists. The government of Chad said it had declared a state of emergency in the surrounding area.
Boko Haram, the Nigerian Islamist extremist group, the 6-year during the riots killed about 20 thousand people, have escalated attacks this year in Chad, Niger and Cameroon, as these countries agreed to help in their fight against the insurgency.
